The person who was Chloe sacred us so much and so well they helped us when we were a but to scared and when we were loss they helped us get back on track truly the best place to go if your ever thinking about doing a escape room."

"I’ve been here twice. The first time I thought was amazing I loved the death row room. It is extremely immersive super fun and challenging puzzles I went with a group of 8 and had a blast. The second time I did the wizards. The wizard room was really cool!!. I loved the environments and the mechanics felt like magic was real within them! Really interesting and mythical. We reserved wizards online with general tickets. I know the site specified it might happen, but we got paired with another group of 5 that showed up.. They took most the puzzles and only communicated within themselves. I felt there were too many people. And we competed for control. We finished fast and deprived of satisfaction. Though we reserved in advance as a party, didn’t matter. Would like to have the knowledge, maybe an option to have priority or come back later. maybe lower max people between multiple parties. All in all i will definitely try another one!. My eyes on the Bus, Chloe, or zombies. Too cool of environments! Most employees enjoy and really put a lot into them. I’d recommend not going on a weekend!!"

"I wish I read reviews about the Extinct room. We had 6 people and were asked to focus on red clues. These puzzles were not difficult. When the doors unlocked at the end, we were disappointed in our experience and surprised it didn’t have more. It only lasted 35 mins for $250. I wanted to ask our host if we could attempt the blue puzzles but she was nowhere to be found, probably resetting the room for the next group. May I suggest offering groups to compete in this room and not only do half of the puzzles. This was a boring room."

"Myself and 3 others did the Zombie Panic room that is offered here. We barely managed to escape! Our zombie actor, Nathan, did fantastic and was very nice to talk to after we got out. My only issue with the room is that someone was too short to be able to see one of the clues that was hidden in a wall. It was a little bit of oversight on the behalf of Alcatraz. I also wish the rooms were a bit cheaper but it was definitely a fun experience!"

"I was just noticing that I've only left bad reviews of escape rooms, so I thought I should leave a good review. We did a zombie room here a while ago and had so much fun! The zombie was so good! It was a riot. The clues were fun and the room looked ok, but the zombie was amazing. I tell people the story all of the time. I've done a ton of rooms and this room was very memorable. Thank you so much for the good time!"
