The Little America Hotel - Salt Lake City 500 Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

"We came for a Spring break staycation. We got a two queen bedroom and the rooms are huge! We loved all the space. The breakfast Cafe breakfast staff were all so friendly and kind. However, the indoor pool was closed for renovations. Bummer! We tried the outdoor pool, but it was chilly even though it said it's supposed to be heated to 85. The kids played in it for 10 minutes. Overall, it's a great place to stay!"

"I needed an early check in which may be why I got one of the rooms in their exterior building and not the tower. I can't speak to what the rooms are like in the tower but the exterior rooms remind me of an old super 8. The rooms are small but they are nice. The bathrooms are super small and have almost no counter space. The biggest reason for my lower room score is the plumbing. I was nearly scolded in the shower every night. As soon as you get a good temperature a few seconds later it will change, almost always getting hotter. I didn't have a consistent temperature for more than 30 seconds. The cable is also incredibly slow. I don't know why in 2024 this is the case. It shouldn't take a minute for the guide to populate. Staff was very friendly and the location is good. I was surprised on the amount of homeless in the area and a person did approach me for money just outside my room."

"The room is pretty OK. Mostly clean, except a few not very noticeable stain spots on the chair. Other changeable items were pretty clean though. My only complaint is the bed though - bed and pillow are too soft and the blanket were muffling hot. I kept waking up during night. Barely had more than 10 hours of sleep over 2 nights. It could be me not used to travel, but most of my friends didn't sleep well either. To be fair the service is good, the staff were very polite. The luggage storage service was very convenient."

"Couldn't be happier! What a gorgeous room. So spacious, so clean, so tastefully decorated. Room is fully remodeled in the tower section. The architectural details are gorgeous. No stains, no dirt, no tears. Feel like a Queen here. I upgraded to the tower room and do not regret it one bit. Wonderful front desk staff. Hard to believe such attention to detail. Not a spec of dust anywhere. A+++ to all the team making this experience happen for guests. Hope to be back again!"

"Wonderful hotel, wonderful stay. Everything about this hotel is worth a stay. Location is great (easy 20 minute train straight from the airport), the rooms in the tower section are beautiful, lobby is very inviting, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We blew into town for two nights to ski for a day and we're so happy we stayed at the Little America. We travel frequently and we've stayed at properties around the world and this hotel hits all the right notes! Beautiful and thoughtful decor, comfortable beds, sparkling clean rooms, pool, hot tub, workout room, great food, great staff, and all for a fair price. Will definitely be back!"
