"The last 4/4 times I’ve called at 10 or 11am and scheduled for 5:45. Each time they’ve been 30-40 minutes late on my pizza. They need to revamp their customer service ordering systems for pizza."
"The crust seems very thin this evening, not cut threw so first couple pieces tore in chunks not slices, the person cutting pizza did more pushing pizzas back than cutting. I watched what became my pizza 5 min after ordering go into the hot box above food display area. I go probably at least twice a month to get pizza and never wait this long especially for 20 min old pizza. Definitely doesn’t taste like normal that’s for sure with the thin crust."
"Fairly fast service, but not very personable. The food has an okay price tag but the selection leaves something to be desired, and usually I have a hard time paying as much as they charge for pizza. If they could get more toppings for their hot dogs it would be so much better, but other than that they're mostly known for their huge pizzas. They could also use more seating because it's always packed with their 10 tiny 4 seater tables. I love the ordering system they have though."
"Love the new touch screen ordering system at this location! I placed and paid for my order in seconds, picked it up in less than 5 minutes at the counter when they called my number, and then I was out the door with my purchase. I really miss the combo pizza though. Now they only offer cheese and pepperoni options. Please bring back the combo!"
