"I went to pick up a prescription. I had to call multiple times to get an answer. When I was finally told it was in, I went in. The lady helping me was not very kind when she misheard me and told me I had to be giving her the wrong birthdate, rather than just fixing it the blame was put on me. A car was sitting at the drive up and employee stated they would get the drive up in a minute while another employee said “let them be”. I don’t know why consumers were being ignored. Costumer service is terrible here. I will be trying a new pharmacy now that I see how they respect costumers."
"Their pharmacy is terrible. Finally after a couple years of trying, officially done. You try calling the phone they’ll ignore you. You go in and ask them about your prescription and tell you that they never got anything in. My doctor said they had to leave a voicemail, so they check the answering machine and behold, there it is. And turn around to tell you that you should have just called before hand so they could start getting it ready. So now they give you the 10-15 minutes, more like 30-60. And every time you come back their ladies at the front counter are rude. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else."

"Went to the Urgent care for vomiting. The doctor sent a prescription to Macy’s Spanish Fork Pharmacy. We went directly to the pharmacy. Got there at 8 o’clock and the pharmacy was already completely dark. They must have started closing shop long before 8 pm, their closing time. We Saw the pharmacist come out of the pharmacy doors at 8:01 pm. We explained we just came from the urgent care and we Needed medicine for vomiting. The pharmacist said to come back in the morning. No customer service at all. Not going back."
"They've refurbished and raised their prices. They have a large selection of good quality foods and the staff is friendly. I've been going to this grocery store since I was 5. It's changed, but it is still nice and I enjoy getting their Kong cones every once in a while. I'm disappointed that they raised their prices even though much of their food is the same quality as before, but they did re-vamp and now even have a soda shop inside (don't get their boba it's not worth it). Overall, I like Macey's for their selection, decent quality, and the nostalgia I get when I visit."
