"Went to pick up a RX and the girl at the front arguing she didn't see the prescription on the screen to fill when it's there. Not getting the idea even when you call days ahead to see if it is there electronically she turned everyone away in front of me because apparently unknown to us you have to call to get it filled then come back in 30 minutes to an hour. Instead she tells everyone that they don't have it. Seriously!!!???? Oh yeah it's that same blonde girl with clear glasses as others have complained about."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I had called 5 minutes before even going and talked with both a Tech and the Pharmacist about my prescription and asked how long it would take to fill and was told 5 mins. I told them I was on my way and they said see you soon. As soon as I got there the Blonde lady with glasses was working and was completely rude from the start. I told her my insurance changed and handed her my card and she gave me this look and told me she "wouldn't be able to do this today because they closed in 12 mins" which was a lie, they don't close till 7pm and it was 6:35pm. I asked her if she could just ask the Pharmacist I just talked to on the phone about this medication who knew I was coming. She went and asked then came back and said okay. Then she said "we don't have it in stock, you can go to Walgreens (20 mins away) and have them fill it." I had just talked with them and they told me they did. This lady just didn't want to type up my prescription into the computer. I have been in the hospital and even had a CT scan done of Brain and needed this medication for my head. This lady was beyond rude (unlike the Pharmacist and Tech I had been on the phone with 5 mins prior). I will not be back to any walmart pharmacys in the future because of her. It really sucks too, because it's really right next to my house. I mean she was already rude but as soon as she saw my insurance had changed and she had to do some work, she wasn't going to help me even though the Pharmacist said it wouldn't be an issue. If I could give this zero stars I would. Whats sad is there won't be any repercussions for this lady's actions and don't think they will try to make it right with me. If they do I will give them another chance! I would suggest avoid using them, I know I will be."
