"They made me schedule an appointment with them over the phone for 4pm earlier in the day, I get there and they tell me to wait... it was packed, i asked "how long will this take?" They said they weren't sure and to just take a seat, I asked "then why did you have us schedule an appointment if you can't honor the expectation you set?" She seemed to have gotten very nervous at that point and then called the attorney and then asked us again nicely to wait about 5 minutes and they're on their way down... We waited 15 minutes, it was now 4:20pm. I let the nice girl in the front know I was leaving and didn't want to hear any more excuses. I understand they were busy but if it was the other way around, I can almost guarantee they will not have been as lenient out understanding about our tardiness."
