"In response to the owner: Oh man, even your response is condescending. I came in peacefully, hence why I waited close to two hours to talk to them again. Just wanting to confirm my taxes were done correctly. They claim to be against breaking tax laws but Yuli insisted on excluding over $5k in income from my taxes knowing it would result in an audit. They are overall rude, condescending and unprofessional. They are not trustworthy or pleasant to do business with. Art did my taxes yesterday and I was concerned because they were done differently and I had valid reasons to believe they were done incorrectly (and had confirmed this with other financial/tax professionals). Not to mention the fact that Art was confused about this income/section when doing my taxes. I came back and had to wait over an hour to speak to them. When I spoke to Yuli, she was unhappy and rude but admitted it was filed differently and incorrectly. She then gave many, conflicting reasons why. First, she blamed it on my filing status. Then she said it was because the 2021 income tax form was issued to me incorrectly and needed to be fixed by issuer. Then she said I have to make an appointment with the IRS and have them fix my taxes. Then she insisted she undo it and completely exclude $5k+ of income (ILLEGAL) but I’d get audited by the IRS (of course). She was confused and literally had to google search it (not on the IRS website) to figure it out. She was unable to provide a solid answer or advice as you would expect from a “tax professional”. When I pointed this out and asked for clarification, she got defensive and started arguing with me. An argument that Art jumped into as well. An “I apologize for the confusion…” and clarification would have easily resolved this. Both Art and Yuli have a very rude, condescending attitude. They contradict themselves and do not know how to instill confidence and trust in their customer relations. You’d expect them to be more knowledgeable and professional as someone you bring your finances to. Won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place."

"Me and the family have been coming here for a few years now, never had any problems. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional everything is explained thoroughly so it’s no hassle for the customer. I’ve seen a couple of belligerent and inpatient customers that don’t know what waiting your turn means so don’t mind the bad reviews. Thanks Suly and staff for your professionalism!"
