"I came in last month because my engine light was on, I had James helping me and told me what was going on, he saved me a trip to a mechanic shop and my light was gone! Thank you for him being there and helping me beyond my expectations."
"Swapped old battery and attempted to return old one here today. Kid who was clearly new hire tried to assist but couldn’t figure it out. When he asked for help the manager berated him in front of a group of customers for not knowing what he was doing. I tried to help the kid, ended up just leaving without credit. I was going to buy other items too, odd experience."
"Sold me the wrong part 2 times. Had to take the car to a mechanic for him to tell me this. When confronted the manager interrupts constantly and doesn't listen. I asked for the part the van actually needs and he tells me there are none in the state. I immediately drive down to the American fork Auto Zone, they have the part, way better customer service and they actually listened. I would not recommend this store unless you know what you are doing, cause they don't!"

"I just moved from Vegas. I called 3 different auto zones in the area and they weren’t waiting to help me with my battery replacement. Thankfully I got a hold of James at pleasant grove. He said to come in and he would take care of it! I couldn’t be happier! He replaced my battery in my bmw which wasn’t an easy replacement. He was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile. He definitely could of told me he couldn’t help but was amazing it’s hard to find good people like James give the him a raise so grateful he knew what he was doing and was willing to help thanks James"
