Attention To Detail

"I bought this car used, and it hadn't yet had a detailing job done. I was very pleased with the results! The outside was clean and shiny when I picked it up, and they got some orange scuff marks off the front corner. The inside was a whole new car. They cleaned stains on every seat, and the grime in the fabric by the car handles, not to mention grime in the console/dash area. It's quite a pleasure to get in now! The staff members went above and beyond to make the experience great, too! Carlos offered to drive me back to my place while I waited for the cleaning to be done, which was very nice since it was a cold windy morning. Great service and experience!"

They worked so hard to get a stain out of my driver seat that I had given up on and had absolutely no expectation of them removing. It is now practically undetectable. I just assumed it would be there forever. I had taken my car in for a different stain, which they also removed. I never thought my gray fabric seats would ever look this good again."

"I got the platinum detailing service. The interior is 10/10. Customer servicer 10/10 but the exterior was a little disappointing. I got brand new headlights just a month ago and now they are scratched. For 300$ plus service I wasn't expecting to see new scratches but the ones that already exist on my car. Over all great for interior detailing!"

"Took my car there to get detailed, I got it back and had to ask them to wipe something down that still had dirt on it, which wasn't a big deal but going through it, it looks like a lot of the crevices got overlooked, because there is still dirt in them and dust on surfaces. The car was fairly clean when I took it in, I bought it from a ma and pa dealership and just wanted it more thoroughly done. The seats seem clean, and the hood is waxed well, but there is also dirt on the bumper that is still very visible. It seemed like there wasn't a lot of attention to detail, like on the surface it's clean but looking at it there's still dirt on surfaces that I'm going to have to wipe off myself. Not super awesome after paying $250. Maybe if my car was really messy this would have been awesome, but having a fairly clean car, I'm not impressed."
