"I went there with a friend and her son and I was embarrassed. I changed from a 5 star to a 4 star. It really should be 3, but since this has been my only bad experience, I'll keep it a 4. The meat was super well done and dry. We could barely cut it. I complained and the manager tried to explain how it was done correctly. I pulled my phone and showed pictures of how it should be done. He kept insisting it was done correctly. I didn't ask for the food to be free so I didn't understand why he was so defensive. I don't recommend eating steak or sausage there at all. Don't waste your money! I still recommend the pizza and the parmegiana steak we ate that wasn't dry. 3 years ago I wrote: I loved the pizza! I recommend it! Today we went for a Rodizio (all you can eat pizza) and it was delicious. There were at least 12 different savory pizzas (my favorites were the 4 cheese, the chicken and catupiry, Portuguesa, thr specialty and palm of hearts) and 5 dessert pizzas (like dulce de Leche, Romeo & Juliette, Nutella, etc). We enjoyed our guaraná (Brazilian soft drink) and how nice and accommodating they were. We had reservations."

"Rodrigo was our server and we had a great time! He was really patient and kind. Brazilian pizzas were on point! We ordered 2 half and half large pizzas and my favorite was the frango com catupiry cheese. I only think the banana pizza should come with cheese as well. But was still delicious! Restaurant was busy, yet didn’t take a long time at all. All the staff is very kind. We will come back!"

"I had a relatively good experience here today. Their food tasted good and the service was accommodating. Yet, I have two complaints. First, I think the menu is too comprehensive. Too many menu items for a pizza place. Second, the restaurant charges a processing fee for using a credit card. This second complaint is why they received a lower rating. Overall, the quality of the food is good, yet the unexpected extra cost may keep me away from this place."
