"Terrible- out of everything on a Saturday night and it wasn’t even busy. Very poorly ran- they should be prepared instead of waiting for a customer to ask for something and then saying they can “put it down” and it would be ready in 10 minutes. If you can’t run an efficient restaurant, figure out something else to do with your life"
"Is it normal for panda to start cleaning up an hour before they close and have little to no service? Or food? Wouldn’t bother me so much if they weren’t cleaning and cooking in the same area, aka spraying cleaning supplies over the cooking area while they were cooking up so fresh orange chicken for 10 people waiting in line. Feel like they need a health inspector in here or a new management"
"I ordered 2 plates with Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. Get home and one plate has no Beef just a piece of broccoli. I called right away to have it fixed. The number goes automated telling you to go online to order. No way to contact them. Beijing beef is the only reason I still go to Panda. Now I have to drive 15 minutes back just to say hey this order is wrong. Very frustrated and disappointed."
