"I wanted a mar-free copy of a cover page of a life story book and their color copy couldn’t do it. “Must have dust inside the machine” they said after several tries and cleaning it. Black and white copies were fine. I left unhappy and unsatisfied with their concern for their dirty machine! I wish that there were more printer businesses in Riverton!"

"I have been coming to UPS for years, until today. In the past they have been quick, helpful, friendly and great customer service. I came to return Amazon items, and the cashier was going to charge me for emailing them and then having them print out the return label for me. Never in all the years I have been coming have I been charge for them to print out a return label. I remained shocked but calm and mentioned this, and the guy said “sometimes we forget” and did nothing to help me. He did not offer any help or condolences. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service I received today."
