"Food is great been getting pizza there a long time. The last few times I've gone in I've ordered and paid on line and then they want to charge me more when I get there. Tonight the guy running the register actually charged my account without authorization when I asked why are u trying to charge me more he just handed me a receipt for the charge. Really? Think I'll be going to a different Marcos Pizza."

"Tonight i preordered my pizza, when i came to pick it up they didnt have it. They had given it out to the wrong person. I get it, accidents happen. But no one explained to me what was going on, i just overheard it. I wasnt given an explanation, apology or an offer to make things right. I was just told it would be 15 more minutes. It threw off our whole night. When i finally got home with the pizza we didnt even have our sauces. Im very disappointed in the service i recieved tonight."
