"There’s a girl at this location that is so miserable every time I go in. Eeyore would be the best way to describe her. Today she was super miserable. So rude! She should find a job that she doesn’t have to give any sort of customer service. She was annoyed by every customer that I saw in there today and was rude to the entire line of people. I will be going to any UPS location but here from now on. She is unfortunately there every time I go in and I always feel like I’m such a bother to her when she has to scan a code and put an Amazon return in a box. I’ll stay away and go to other stores to keep from making her life more miserable. Everyone else should do the same."
"The absolute worst UPS store and customer service! We took our kids there for passport pictures, but the girl who took the pictures neglected to have our kids remove their glasses. When we went met with the passport office, they told us the photos were worthless and would have to be retaken and that we should be refunded as they should have known better. After having the passport office retake the pictures, we returned to the UPS store for a refund. They told us to return the next day to talk with a manager. When my husband called the manager, he said it was a government service and refused to refund us for THEIR mistake. To add insult to injury, Gabe was incredibly rude and belligerent telling us it was our problem and that we should have cancelled our appointment with the passport office and come back for retakes. If you have time, drive to the UPS store in Clinton. This place is not worth your time."
