"It's great every once in awhile. One of the employees was super rude when I didn't realize my return was for USPS, not UPS. She acted like I was stupid for not noticing, but every other return I do is to the UPS store. The customer service there is always not that friendly. I don't plan on going back unless it's the last option."

"Kelly and Scott are amazing! I’ve come to this store for a very long time and they are always so willing to help in any way …..they definitely go above and beyond. They are not only great at their jobs , but are very sensitive, patient and caring toward the customer. They should be managers!"

"I went in to send a package and was helped by Will and he was so friendly. I noticed he was also training a new employee at the same time and he had to take a phone call in regards to this while he was helping me. He was able to do all of these things while he was helping me and he multi-tasked really well. I ended up making a mistake and had to fix it while people were waiting and he reassured me that it was ok and he was really nice about it. The place was clean and running really well. He took care of things quickly. I do wish the place had more parking for it. But otherwise I really like it."

"Only use this business if you’re prepared for them to empty your bank account. Their costs for packaging and delivery are absurd. For a business whose apparent purpose is to deliver goods, they clearly have zero concern about the cost for the customer. It would appear that their primary priority is to flood their senior management with wealth by screwing over the little guy. Cost & service is secondary, in other words, there is nothing in it for you. No “win-win” with this business. Fooled me once… Just to be clear, this was not Amazon related. I sent an already bubble packed wooden sign, 32” x 12” x 1” from Layton, Utah to Denver, Colorado and asked for the lowest rate. The charge from the Kaysville UPS Store was $82.25. I could have driven it there myself for less than that. Your business is supposed to benefit customers by combining shipments to similar locations in order to save us all on shipping costs. I’m willing to pay my part of the cost. Tell me, was that a reasonable charge for my portion?"

"I’ve gone to a lot of UPS stores in the area and all over my home state of California. This store has some of the nicest employees at any of the previous stores I’ve been to. I feel really bad that I’ve had to burden them with so many packages for my business this season. Although they are very busy, I am incredibly impressed by the work here and the work of management. I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Will today. He helped me through an issue with an address for one of my customers and he even went above and beyond to call UPS on my behalf to get an update on a gift I have coming in right before the holidays. While he was helping me by talking to UPS, Will helped bind a book for a totally different customer last minute. The multitasking at this store is elite. I was also very impressed with Kelly. She helped me last week with more than 10 packages I needed to ship for my business and she was quick and very helpful. I’m so happy that I have found a reliable store at my new home here in Utah with some hard working people that have always greeted me with a smile. Thanks UPS!! 10/10"
