Pizza Hut

"There were three of us that walked into this place at the same time. I was the first. The person making the pizzas said they would be with me in a minute. After waiting 13 minutes without the person taking my order, I left. Two other people behind me left way before me. I really thought the person would take my order. My bad."

"Pizza Hut pizzas and breadsticks were my favorite until yesterday. We ordered the big dinner box online. After we came home and opened the box, we noticed the breadsticks were in deep brown color and it tasted tough and old as if they were cooked and recooked again. And unlike the original pan crust we loved, the crust on the pizza was dry. We ended up throwing the whole thing away. What a waste of $30+ (w/tip). Very disappointed!"

"Placed an order online and my apartment number is listed in my account but not on the order. Haven't even gotten the pizza yet but I've called customer service 4 times now to try and make sure they're able to see the apartment number on their end, and it has hung up on me all 4 times. First time, it transferred me to a new order even though I selected edit an existing order. She transferred me and it hung up. Second time, it said my order is with the store and it hung up on me again. Third time, I selected 3 to speak to someone about an issue and after 5 minutes, it hung up on me AGAIN. Fourth time, I selected 1 to make a new order, explained what is happening, and he said he would transfer me to the store. Waited on hold for another 5 minutes and guess what... IT HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. You can't reach anyone if you need help and it's ridiculous. Who knows if this pizza will arrive. Update: I ordered at 6:19 pm. Our pizza wasn't delivered until 7:50 when I was notified out driver was close with the order at 7 pm. I tried calling the store a 5th time and the call STILL hung up on me. I contacted doordash and they said they couldn't help me. I had texted the delivery person twice to clarify the address just in case. I finally received a call about 7:40 from Doordash saying the driver can't find our apartment even after I sent two texts with no response. The instructions and the apartment number were both on the receipt on the pizza. Our pizza arrived cold, needless to say. We will never be ordering from here again."

"I ordered 2 medium pizzas. I got a call about 10 minutes later saying that the pizzas I ordered, They didn't have any more dough for it. And to make more it would take about 30 minutes longer. I told them that was fine. I waited the 30 minutes went in to pick up My pizzas grabbed them, went to work. Open the boxes and they were not the hand tossed crust I had ordered and waited an extra 30 minutes for. Terrible service."

"Ordered a pizza for 34$ pizza arrived on time however there was no sauce on it. I made a call to the store and was told they recently changed the amount of sauce they put on the pizza. Nobody offered to make it right. Girl said she was the only one there and that she remembered making the pizza. Sorry she said. That's great but that doesn't get me what I paid for or a refund on this dry cheese bread of a pizza."
