"I went through the drive through later at night and the employee was clearly upset he had to do his job. He hands me my bag of food and forgets the drink and just disappears to the back where I can clearly hear employees screwing around. I wait at the window for a good 10 minutes (The lobby was closed) before deciding to just leave without my drink."

"The people at this location are GREAT! I needed to get something late at night riiiiight before closing, and having worked fast food myself I know that it's annoying. That said, they were MORE than accommodating and very kind, which I really appreciated! Edit: totally forgot I left a review here and just came back to write another positive one! John, who's worked the drive thru both times I've gone through recently, is always such a pleasure to talk to and has excellent customer service skills, and Reagan was also great!!"

"I’m pissed. This is the third time this has happened to me where I go to order chili cheese fries, and they either give me plain fries, or fries in cheese sauce. I hadn’t had anything to eat all day, and then they mess up my order. I asked for “chili cheese fries, light on the cheese sauce,” and they couldn’t do that apparently? Then they tried to change me for THREE of these cheese fries. I’m already home now, and don’t have time to get it fixed. I worked an eight hour shift outside, until 10 pm and all I wanted were some chili cheese fries; but I guess that is too hard for Wendy’s workers. I’m not mad, just disappointed. I want a refund."
