"I had a garage door fall on my car as I was exiting at a commercial place. We had used caliber collision before, and were very happy with the results. So we used them again. This had a lot of damage to it, but they were able to get everything done quickly. They originally quoted us 30 days and got it done within 27. They constantly kept in touch with me to let me know the status of my vehicle. They returned my rental car back for me. I’m very happy with the results. It looks as good as new! So glad to have my car back."

"I am very dissatisfied with the service I received here. I had hopes that my vehicle would get quality work done. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Caliber returned my vehicle to me with the wrong bumper, body lines not matching up, toenail clippers and grease left inside. I took the vehicle back and was extremely kind and reasonable. They had a new person working on the vehicle and the manager assured me that they would fix it, provide a rental, and gift card for the horrible experience. They did not follow through with any of those promises. The vehicle was returned to me a second time and at first everything appeared fine. By the following day, I noticed the bumper was not safely secured onto my vehicle and there was gapping yet again. The bumper is flimsy and cheap. I expected to have the same Kia parts installed and secured. Boy was I wrong. I ended up giving them 1 good to many chances. I’m a very busy person and this has inconvenienced me on so many levels. I really wish someone would have left an honest review like this and I would have steered clear of this place. I would not recommend my family or friends to come here."
