"I don't normally leave reviews... But this place has undoubtedly earned a 5 star review. My family and I have tried many other auto shops around town. This place takes the cake for the best one. They are incredibly skilled at what they do. Their service and communication is top notch. Have had many positive experiences letting them work on my vehicles. Today they really just knocked it outta the park for me and came through when I really needed it. Would highly recommend giving them your business, great people and all around a great establishment."

"I visited Point S tire shop five times, spending nearly $900, but my car's wobbling and misalignment issues weren't resolved. This included the purchase of four new tires on their recommendation, car balancing, and a $120 alignment service. Despite these efforts, my car is still not properly aligned and shakes. Later, they identified the 'actual' problem and quoted an additional $650 for repair. While I acknowledge the necessity of new tires and appreciate the included balancing service, the unresolved alignment issue after spending $120 is disappointing. I plan to save up and revisit the shop to address this, hoping they can offer a solution that justifies my spending at their shop. I'm open to discuss this with them if they want to reach out."

"This review is for Point S Tire & Auto Service north of SLC, these folks are just amazing and hands down great service work while also being considerate and well priced. So I was traveling through the area over the the fourth of July week when my suspension started acting up and getting noisier and the ride was rougher so I knew something was wrong. Everyone I tried calling was booked out for weeks and couldn't fit me in. I stopped in to Point S and to my surprise Brandon and Chris were super positive, professional and considerate. They got me in first thing in the morning, inspected my vehicle then gave me a very fair quote quickly. They were expecting the service to take longer and I would need to leave the vehicle over night, but I explained that I was traveling and to my surprise they stayed late and got me taken care of and back on the road!!! I really appreciate how hard they worked and were nice and courteous. The store was clean and I was very comfortable waiting there. Tonight I am back on the road with a nice smooth ride again and a smile on my face. Thank you and five stars!"
