"By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. James was incredibly professional and quick to diagnose the problem on my car without trying to upsell me. "I have found my new mechanic! I had my transmission serviced at another shop any they totally messed it up. I took it back so they could fix it, and they still didn't get it right. That's when I decided to try someone new. In the mean time my wheel ball bearings on my passengers side went bad, and I needed an oil change. James took the time to get the ball bearing done right, even though there were issues with the bolt and he had to redo the work three times. He also flushed and maintained my transmission and got it working like new. Due to a stuck drain plug and the bad work done on it previously it took longer and used more transmission fluid than it would normally, but he didn't charge me anything additional for his extra time or expense in materials. I was shocked at how well he treated me and pleasantly surprised at how well my car works. It has been a few months since I have took it in and it is still running like a dream! I hope he keeps his shop open forever because I am never taking my car to anyone else."
