"Pretty crowded for pickleball on nice days. There is a giant area for dogs to run around or to play other sports, would just have to bring your own equipment. During the later evenings, it might be a bit unsafe as it’s a bit dark, not a lot of street/park lights. Parking is overcrowded as they are still working on construction around the parking lot."

"Went here with our 18 month old. No child swings, just regular swings, and the playground is made for kids a bit older. We still had enough fun with the slides. The equipment looks new so that was nice. You have to expect watching your kid closely here because it's South Salt Lake (sorry folks, this isn't Sugar House Park), and you will find broken glass, needles, and questionable company here. You can have a peaceful time here if you're on the soccer pitches, along the creek, or walking around the paved paths. Under the pavilions I'm pretty sure we witnessed drug deals."

"Super fun park to take your kids to if they like feeding ducks like mine do. They have a great stream and an awesome pond. The wood walkway around the pond is very well done. After feeding some hungry ducks, we played on the slides and swings and explored a bit. The skate park that used to be swimming pools when I was a kid is fun to stop and watch the skaters do their tricks. I had heard the homeless population in the park can be intimidating for some but we had no problems at all."

"Chill park with volleyball nets and picnic tables with water fountain. It's not big compared to other parks nearby (ex. Sugarhouse) but has a playground, so you will see some kids as well. There's a small pond with ducks. I saw a couple homeless near the park though, so I wouldn't say this is the safest place to be by yourself at night."
