"I hate delivery services done by ups. I sit home and they don’t even knock on the door but say they attempted delivery when I was supposed to have my package two days ago. If I could pick the people to deliver every time it would be these people. Also when they did actually deliver a package, it was ripped out and my doggy water bottle was scared like they were play soccer with my package."
"I was a box member until I had to deal with this move. It was totally unprofessional. In no way should any service I paid for be taken away or put on hold because u moved! I am not able to put it on hold or wait paying ups until I can have everything lined up. Totally unacceptable and there was a manager here yet I am sitting at an empty counter because clearly there time is way more important then mines. NEVER will use ups and will tell everyone I come in contact with how bad it is. Also chris clearly had an attitude because I was upset that I could t use my key to front door and wanted a refund. Just ended up closing box not worth it at all. And what makes it so bad is the manager jake and owner were there. Shows just how much u appreciate customers. Update: came here 29 September 2023 and don't do notary on forms that don't say notary smh dint know why I even gave this place a try... useless !!!!"
"This store is fantastic. Running on a schedule and she saw me headed in, came to counter to greet me before I had reached counter. She asked if return, ready to process and had me out faster than I had entered. Appreciated her so much. Just awesome, friendly and efficient, fantastic service. Made my day. Thank you!
