"Front counter was great , but the manager was not very friendly when they messed up our order he was rude to us and are food was cold when we got it from sitting there for so long they forgot about us , the other staff was nice but the manager was not"
"The lady in the first window was very kind then when I got to the second window I was asked to pull straight forward. Apparently straight forward was stall 1 and I was then yelled at by another employee to move around the car in front of me. All I ask for a bit more kindness, instead of being met with rude people. We all are trying to get through life as well."
"I mean it is McDonald's, but if you are in a hurry, use the mobile app and order ahead and go to the lobby for faster service. As you know the drive thru can get busy at times and cost you more time than walking in and grabbing your order. Besides using the app you get your points towards free food, if you opt to go to the store to order use the app also to get your points, they add up quickly."
"Leslie took our order through the drive through and we were very much pleased. Her customer service was great she doesn’t have an attitude or such or make it seem like us spending money is an issue. She made sure our order was right and communicated to the front about any additions or changes to the order."
"This has got to be the rudest McDonald’s I have ever delt with. Sat through the drive threw for 5 mins with no one answering, then each person at the window was VERY rude, tbh I’m scared to even eat my food. Went inside to ask for the corporate number, they refused and told me to leave. Won’t be back there."
