"I took my truck here before it was cascade collisions, when it was Chevrolet it was better in my opinion. I wi say the customer service was great they texted and communicated with me very well. I got my truck back 5 days before it was scheduled after getting fixed from hitting a deer. They said they couldn’t get my grill the same exact color or even the same material as it was before they replaced it with the black plastic grills you can order off Amazon so that was surprising to me. It also had a gap between the grill and the bumper that is did NOT have before , when I asked about it they said it was because my truck was lifted and had cups that they just couldn’t do it, how can a body shop not fix that??? Anyways I just felt like they were rushing it and I wasn’t fully satisfied."

"I had some minor work done to my rear bumper after I got rear ended. This is the second time I’ve used this body shop. The first time I had more major work done on the front end due to a deer. I was 100% satisfied last time so I used them again. They did another beautiful job on my SUV. The last picture is the finished job. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and were easy to deal with. I’m very picky and I take very good care of my vehicle and they once again did a great job on it! 100% satisfied once again."
