"I took my Mercedes Benz here to have a Oil Pump installed. I was referred here, and me Thinking that Metric Motors was legit, and trustworthy. WRONG!. They quoted me a Price that I thought was on the high end, and I assumed that they was cheaper than the Mercedes Benz Dealer WRONG AGAIN!. So I contacted the Mercedes Benz Dealership to get a quote, and much to my Surprise! They quoted a price that was almost $700.00 cheaper! I informed Metric of this, and the first thing they did was throw the Mercedes Dealership under the Bus, by saying that Mercedes was deliberately undercutting them, to keep me from feeling that they were Ripping Me Off! Big Time! But Mercedes did not know that I had took my car there. And to add insult to injury, they offered to only take off $200.00! I strongly suggest that you get a quote from your Dealer before you allow these Crooks to work on your vehicle. I picked up my vehicle and took it to the Mercedes dealer, where I will go from here on."
