"3 weeks ago my father was in this store & some customers kids were running around wrecking havoc & those kids knocked down my dad, to where he fell down on his knee (which he had a brace on becasue he had to have surgery on the knee) The mother of these kids said nothing & did nothing, the father said & did nothing as well. The employees said nothing & did nothing either, but walked right past my 66 year old dad & didn't bother helping him up or asking if he was okay. As he pulled himself up, he almost knocked a shelf over on top of him. (I would of helped, but I was not with him) he was alone. I am furious at the how this store treated my dad & how they handled the undisciplined kids and their parents. It isn't hard to be kind & help people instead of staring at them or helping them up. Boycotting this autozone for good!!! And I've contacted the corporate office about this store as well."

"Absolutely terrible service. I was looking for disc brake retaining screws and the guy behind the counter was not only unaware of what that is, but he told me he didn't want to check for parts if I 'wasnt going to buy them'. I have a handful of parts, I have cash and need these screws in order to drive my car so of course I'm buying them. I left my parts on the counter , and would recommend people stay away from this location. Absolutely rude, awful, and unhelpful service. Advanced Auto parts here I come!"

""Customer service Manager" didn't pay attention, didn't know how to look up the part, and was extremely rude. I had to repeat the brand name of the part several times, after finally finding it, he couldn't find it in the store, and simply refused to make any effort to look for the part. We were told to go to another location or MAYBE he'll have time to look tomorrow. As we were walking out he said he'd previously offered to call the other store, which he never mentioned. He then directed us to another employee to make the call or continue to help us after he had enough of our clarifying questions. We walked out and found it on Amazon for 30% cheaper, thanks for saving us money."
