"The actual employees of parts plus are generally very kind and helpful. However, I purchased a crankshaft through them in May and getting the crankshaft kit was a very smooth transaction. But even though I brought my core crankshaft in the same day it has now been over a month and I have received no indication of getting my core charge back. I have called multiple times and they insist that the other company that handles the cores is the one causing the hold up. But seeing that I don't have the number for that company I would like to think that they could put some pressure on their side. Under no circumstances should it take a month for an expensive core charge to be refunded. I would recommend going through this company if they are your only option."
