"Location called me two days ( Friday) before I was scheduled to pick up truck (Monday) to let me know that he did not have a truck and I would have to drive all the way to West Jordan to pick the truck up. Which was 50 minutes away. I asked if there was anything he could do, I had to call back to be told no. I felt that he handled the situation unprofessionally. Had I been given more notice, I would’ve made different arrangements."

They went over the existing damages to the truck and made sure we hadn't damaged it as well. Everything was in order and we got our receipt. Painless process! Moving is stressful enough, don't add to it by dropping off your truck to some shady guy, drop it off with these guys!"

"Absolute nightmare of a place for a Budget Truck rental. They may be good for repairs but DO NOT rent a truck from here. Placed a rental reservation only to have it be cancelled the morning of the rental. They said I could use the vehicle the next day and so I did. Picked it up and it was a junk box with 130,000 miles on it. I should’ve turned it down but I needed to have my move done by the end of the weekend so that was my last chance. Not to mention there were no other trucks available in the area. Drove it 5 miles and the tire pressure symbol popped up on the dash. Turns out a valve cap was missing and it was leaking air tremendously. Filled the tire up myself and purchased a valve cap. Drove 3 more miles only for the check engine light to come on. You are required to pull over when this happens so we did and were on hold for hours waiting for someone to come and check on the truck. Sat for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS before WE had to call Budget back numerous times and tell them the situation. 4 hours for nothing because we ended up driving the truck back to D and M Automotive. The fee was supposed to be cancelled and D & M still had the audacity to charge us for that trip. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and go with UHaul for a painless move. Never using Budget truck again and I suggest you don’t either. I was able to get a refund after an hour of being stuck on hold… again… let’s see if that even goes through, but wasn’t compensated for the valve cap. D and M, do better at inspecting and do not rent destroyed vehicles like this to customers."
