"I was so disappointed that I didn’t receive the excellent service All the other reviews did. I chose the shop because it is family owned and had personal references from friends. Unfortunately the problem on my car was not fixed after 1400.00 of payment. And was basically told they could continue to try to figure it out but any further work would be at my cost. Richard was very friendly and keep me in the loop for what they were doing and that’s why they received the 1star they got."

Absolutely amazing people, extremely professional, and probably one of the most honest mechanics around. They were upfront and honest, never promising anything which I understand. These cars can be just about a thousand things that can cause different problems. They are extremely thorough, did great work and I didn't have to wait weeks for them to start.
