"I went in for a timing chain replacement. After paying over $3000, I drove the car 120 miles when the engine seized. I paid an additional $5000 to cover the difference for a new engine (they wanted to replace it with a used engine) and just did the first engine service. Well, I found that the engine had at least 3 quarts more than the 5 required. Thank God the engine held up. I would NEVER take my car back there or recommend them to anyone. There's a list of other issues I had with them during this nightmare, so beware if you leave your vehicle at this shop."
"I never leave reviews but I really wanted to say how amazing this team is. It is the first time ever that as a woman I get to interact with a shop who actually care, is respectful and doesn’t try to rip me off by throwing at my face random things to fix on the car with no explanation. They tried to brainstorm and understand what is going on with my car and gave me an honest opinion. I wish I remembered the name of the person I worked with, but the communication is excellent and they put to shame a lot other car repair shop! I highly suggest!"
