"I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I went here to change out to winter tires that were already on rims. Made it as easy as possible for them to do a quick balance and change out. IT TOOK THEM 2 HOURS!!! I learned how to do this in Highschool and it only took me 45 minutes tops. Absolutely ridiculous. I was told that they couldn't balance my tires right for some reason and I had them do the best they could so I could take them somewhere else to be properly done. Then they charged me full price. I asked for a discount because I'd have to go pay someone else to do them properly and they wasted 2 hours of my morning, made me late, and the job still wasn't done. The reply was, "they are actually balanced, just in a different way." Then once the wheels were on they asked me what PSI I wanted them at, I am not an expert, they should be. I have 0 confidence these were done right as balancing a tire is not rocket science. Long story short, did not get a discount... Biggest wast of time and money, and I am livid, DO NOT COME HERE!"
