"My experience here has been extremely frustrating. They are frequently out of stock of common medications I literally can't live without. The inside and outside lines have been up to TWO HOURS before and are usually at least a half hour. They have repeatedly changed 90 day prescriptions to less than a month for some reason. Most of the staff is not helpful in solving these issues. The default response is "what do you want me to do about it" *shrug* Today I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through and when I got up they told me the stuff wouldn't fit through the tube. It's stuff I've gotten in the drive through many times before, maybe there's new packaging or something, but you gotta do something to help me out. Also maybe show on the app that it's not drive-through eligible. The lady told me to come in and get in the back of the line. I just waited in line! What the heck."

"I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. Honestly never had a problem with them they were always great to work with. I just tried to pick up a prescription and they told me it wasn’t ready, when I tried to ask questions to understand when it would be ready the pharmacy tech named Shane got super snappy and then called me a curse word that google won’t let me include in this review. Shane must not have very much customer service experience if he heard my questions to figure out what was going on with my prescription as an attack at him. Hope he gets some training or maybe finds a better job more suited for his skill level."

"I don’t write reviews very often, but thought I should on this one. I work at the ER in a very stressful situation daily & i know what stress looks like. Whether you’re stressed or not, you have no right to be rude especially the way she was. Some places have an area just to drop off a prescription, so I wanted to ask. I was just coming from the ER for a personal matter involving a car accident with my family. I went up to the consultation window to ask about dropping off a prescription for my sister in law who was in the car accident. Before I could even get most of my sentence out, she interrupted me, gave me a dirty look and told me where the line was. I just had a simple question about dropping it off. I’m not blind and can clearly see where the line was. I wasn’t trying to skip the line, I was just curious about dropping off a prescription for another person before I waited in line. Not professional at all."

"Extraordinarily slow and incompetent help. I was in a high stress situation, a freind of mine having increasingly severe periodic diabetic seizures due to running out of her LIFE SUSTAINING medication. She is a rare case and is one of only a couple dozen people in Utah County requiring this med so there can be complications. What this store had me deal with was more than just a complication. I call and as far as I know successfully get the prescription filled. They said it will be 90 minutes until pickup is ready. I then asked confirmation that the prescription I had asked to be filled was right. And verified 90 minutes. I show up 15-20 minutes longer than they suggested just to make sure they had enough time. Wait in line for nearly 20 minutes because of what atheist felt like deliberate laziness from staff. And then relived I'm called up and state I'm here for the diabetes mess I called couple hours ago. And she tells me they don't have it at this location. Or any other location, other than draper. Naturally I'm extremely dissatisfied with everyone involved in that situation at every level. I was told you had everything under control while I was in a quite high stress dilemma. And find out I was lied to about the availability of my freinds life saving drugs. Thanks"

"An extremely unreliable pharmacy. My wife was in need of antibiotics ASAP. Once it was prescribed, I went to the pharmacy at 10 pm to get it. They said it would take 2 hours to fill. So I returned at midnight, and turns out they didn't even have the antibiotic. Very disappointed with the service. And I feel like with something as important as medicine, you shouldn't be making mistakes like that"
