"Actually I'd give them zero stars. Third time taking my vehicles in and either they try to sell me un-needed service or the quote for specific service is wrong. Last quote was for serpentine belt change. Quote was for $89.99 and then that quote went to $130.00."

"For how busy they were it was decently quick. I can’t blame the guys for the cost of an oil change. Corporate is ridiculous with the prices. I’ll start doing my own from now on. Everything I need same brand of oil and filters I can get for $40. They charge $100 for an oil change. Corporate is ripping the consumers off."
"I recently visited Kwik Kar Sherman during a busy weekend to get my wife's car inspected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff was super nice. I decided to do some shopping at a nearby place while I waited, and to my surprise, they called me back in less than an hour to let me know that they had completed the inspection and also changed the engine oil as I had requested. The overall experience was not bad at all, and it was hassle-free. The convenience of being able to shop nearby while they worked on the car was a plus. The staff was courteous, and I appreciated the prompt service. It was easy-going and didn't cause me any headaches. In conclusion, my visit to Kwik Kar Sherman for my wife's car inspection was a positive experience. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the convenience of being able to do some shopping nearby while waiting was a plus. It was an easy and hassle-free experience overall"
