"This pharmacy has no compassion for its customers. My daughter's nurse called last Monday to get a refill, and she was placed on hold several times and then told, "She doesn't have any," and they hung up on her. Her nurse spent hours on the phone this past week with them. It was a constant fight, because they are completely incompetent and lazy. My daughter is on risperidone, and must have it to calm her anxiety. She has special needs and is non verbal, so she's unable to communicate her needs to us, and she gets very overwhelmed trying to express herself. To see her so distraught because of THEIR mistake broke my heart. This wasn't a medicine that can be started and stopped without some serious discomfort. They claimed to have called the doctor's office, and did not. They claimed oh, we have everything we need now, and still three days later, no medicine (and now that CVS needs a copy they don't have it...). My daughter can't stand up for herself, so I'm here to let you know, do NOT waste your time with them."
