"This place was great, safe, comfortable, and warm. The details in regards to everything here were spot on and exactly as described. There were about 3 seperate people working together via email and messages looking out for my son and I and our stay. This is a great place to stay in Salt Lake, very affordable, located blocks from downtown. And for the comfort of staying with other travelers it was a fun kind respectful vibe. Everyone was kind. You do not hear anyone anywhere within the home. The walls of this incredible home are virtually sound proof. I will definitely be back and will tell any and all in my life to stay here if going to Salt Lake City. I definitely recommend this place. It is special to say the least!!!"

"A great location, close to many shops and cafes. Nice that they offer parking for a little extra since there isn’t much on the street. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. If you are sensitive to artificial scents/perfumes, they are in every corner of this place. The room had a strong fragrance- not sure if it was the detergent used with bedding or cleaning products, it was pretty intense. It got a little better after 24 hours with windows open and fan on. They were accommodating and let me borrow a fan from another room. The house was very quiet and I only heard people when they walked by my room. The house is close to a busy intersection. This room’s windows are facing the intersection and neighbors house with kids that can be loud. Just an fyi- it’s not the most quiet but some rooms on the other side of the hall would be more quiet! Would stay here again if they switch to all natural, non-toxic cleaning products, soaps, and detergents."

"Sandra had put a great amount of thought and effort into making the accommodation welcoming and convenient. The room was warm (in winter), clean, and amazingly soundproof. Towels and hangers supplied. The shared kitchen was clean with all kinds of conveniences including toaster, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, pots, plates, cups,……. The two bathrooms with showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Generally, the vintage house was tastefully modernized and decorated. The residential neighborhood seemed quiet. The airbnb description was accurate."

"Clean, awesome, historic house in the heart of downtown SLC. Room has everything I needed including a desk, ironing board, luggage rack, iron, fan, towels, etc. Shared areas are clean and stocked with everything I needed (even shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Entry process was straightforward, easy, and secure. Love the charm this old house has and huge bonus that it's a Utah Historic Site! Will absolutely stay here again next time I need to come to Salt Lake."
