"Went in the other day and Matt helped me test my pH levels. He is the most polite kid his age I wish we had more workers like him every where else around here. Leslie's best decision was hiring him."

"If I could I would give no stars. They had no pumps in stock and called all stores and no one had one. One month go's by and he calls saying the pump came in but he cant get it apart. He orders another part takes two weeks. Now after six weeks I am in the store and he said another person was coming in to help him. after waiting for two hours he arrives. they can't get it apart because they have rusted or no tools. I have to tell them and help take it apart. After I get it home it was so loud. DB was 85. I called and now he tells me it was on recall. Should have never sold it to me. Five days later it broke inside. Now I wait again"

"Good customer service. Did not have the hot tub that I wanted to order. Aqua Rest Website shows Leslie Pool Supply as a designated dealer but that are not... The store did not have a comparable alternative spa."

"I went in not knowing anything about pools, just that ours was green. Lacie was very knowledgable and helpful. She didn't try to upsell me on other products, just what I needed. She explained everything that I needed to do and needed to buy. We will continue shopping there for all of our pool supplies."
