"My daughter picked out a pair of shoes that was on sale for 66 they rung up for 76 said that's the wrong price. They walked back said the shoes were over stock and that's why they were under that tag. When I asked for a manager was ignored then some lady in a croptop said she was the manager and there's nothing they can do. So was either leave with the shoes or deal with a disappointed child. Won't be going back."
"I seem to alway find what I am looking for here. This year I ordered back to school shoes online and had them delivered to the store. I was on and out in a flash! It was overall a wonder experience. Don't forget to pick up their ran protection spray! Its great on hats and white shirts as well to avoid staining- I love this stuff! They have a great selection of basketball shoes for boys available as well! I ordered my son's shoes for basketball and they were here in a flash!"
"I went into the store in Sherman. It was ok, clean but the staff not as nice. Not sure who she was but when I was being checked out I had a coupon sent to me the day before. Not noticing it expired the same day. I am a first responder who works 24-48 hour shifts. Not so easy to shop same day. After working 28 hours straight I didn’t notice the expiration. When I tried to use it she stated “it clearly states in in the email” customer service needs work."
