"Summer 2019... Good service if the right people are there. Very good products to choose from at reasonable prices. Normally understaffed. Did not enjoy waiting 20 mins to ask about robotic pool cleaners because there was only one person in store and there were 3 parties waiting around. Got bad advice about algae the summer of 2018. Misidentified algae type and wasted $30 give or take. Researched it myself and fixed it myself. Hoping 2020 is better."

"Every time I go there they seem like you inconvenience them. Gave them a sample of my pool water. Told me to come back in a day because I had too much chlorine. Thought that was the purpose in testing the water anyways. Big waste of time to travel 30 miles. Got a rudeness about them. Called about a part was told they were with a customer and was put on hold. Waited 10 minutes with no response. Not customer friendly so decided to buy on amazon. Cheaper anyways."
"If I could give this store 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’m not going to go into the whole situation, but I will say this... they have an employee at this store that likes to ‘disinfect’ pool skimmer lids because she immediately assumes anyone with a skin condition has ‘shingles’. And enjoys announcing it loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. I have NEVER been so embarrassed in my life. Maggie is extremely rude. Very very discriminatory employee. I will not spend any money with this establishment again, personally."
"Worst customer service ever. Was in the store for over 1/2 an hour without ever being acknowledged. Decided to wait in line patiently to ask a question about a part and when it was finally my turn, the employee left to help a customer that walked in the door less than two minutes ago and were looking at expensive pool vacuums. Could of at least acknowledged me before trying to get your commission. Had to walk out without any service. Went to splash pools on Gore Blvd and was helped as soon as I walked through the door. I would recommend taking your business to Splash."
