"Took my car in to get my tire repaired because of a SCREW that was in the tire. The car does not come with a spare. Arrived BEFORE 7 when they closed and was told they would not do anything because they’re about to close and will be closed tomorrow for Easter. Was told to bring the car in on Monday. What am I supposed to do. I did air up the tire before I left, but with a screw in it, air obviously isn’t staying in it. So unprofessional. Can’t get to work for two days because you decided you didn’t care. Will not be renewing my membership or going back."

"Good prices on many staples. Living in the sticks like I do I'm a bit of a prepper. This lets me keep my stock supplied at a more than reasonable price. Most of the makers mark items are good quality. Try them before you buy a truck load as personal tastes vary and you don't want to live with aggravation. Try stopping on off peak days. Weekends are nuts. Most mid week afternoons are not so crowded."

"This place has a good amount of employees, never seems to have more than 2 check out lanes open, cafe runs out of everything quick (even though it’s made in house with their products) and some how all their drink machines are broken at the same time. A lot of standing around happens here. No dressing rooms, and management refused to let me purchase clothes and take them (with receipts) to the bathroom to ensure they were the right size prior to driving an hour back home. Other than that, the employees that assisted us were nice and helpful."

"Here you pay a yearly membership. You can buy most items in bulk, they have sections of groceries, deli, bakery. Clothing, outdoor- grills patio furniture, electronics, snack bar books and movies / music / games . This place can get very busy . most associates are decent and seem friendly . They do seem to be short staffed. Otherwise a decent experience here. This place can get very busy"

"Updated review: No napkins, no fountain drinks (but you can get a can for the same price with no refills). Tables are covered in trash, trash all over the floor. Perhaps they are unaware they are a bulk supply store. They could get paper towels out. Just witnessed a worker come out to the confinement station opening the drawers and digging through things with gloves. Then, go back to the food and is handling with the same gloves. You’d expect better when you’re literally paying to come to the store. A man is in a hairnet and a woman with long hair is not and she has no gloves. If I’d have seen this before getting my membership card, we would have definitely not joined. Extremely unsanitary. Pros: Ample parking and oversized carts if needed. Staff was friendly, selection is vast and a wide variety of items. Cons: couldn’t find basic items like liquid dishwasher detergent. Very few registers open and the fast food section upfront was extremely packed up on orders with no pizza or hotdogs out for purchase."
