"Absolutely horrendous! We walk in at 3:00 for our appointment and I'm greeted with a receptionist who doesn't look at me to confirm who she's talking to and just starts going off about this pet I don't know and half-way through, she finally looks at me, surprised and confused that I'm someone else. Very unprofessional, but I chalk it up to being busy. So, we get checked in and are told that one of the doctors is stuck in surgery for the rest of the day and the other two are splitting the appointments. We're told it will be an extra half hour. So, we stay and wait. An hour goes by and we think we're close because every other pet in the waiting room has been seen. Another lady comes out and tells us the same story about the vets and that it would be ANOTHER HOUR! That's two hours past our scheduled time that we were perfectly on time for. My father-in-law took time out of his schedule, just like I did to make this appointment just to have our afternoons wasted. Amateur hour doesn't begin to describe this place. If you have clinic appointments, then don't perform surgery and pass along the buck. Simple."
"We took our puppy in today to Dr Cannon and we were very impressed and excited about the care we received. They gave us personal attention and I could tell Dr Cannon and his staff truly cared about my puppy! He answered every question we had and then some. Their customer service is phenomenal. We are excited to continue going here!"

Then they set a place a side where me and my family could come and say goodbye. It was such a great experience that I’ll be moving my other dog there on next visit. "I'm a first time dog owner as an adult and my baby girl who is 5 recently had a pretty big surgery. They did everything for her and answered all of my questions and put my worries at ease I won't ever take my animals anywhere else.. I am definitely a crazy pet parent and I can always trust them with my babies. And they do everything they can when something goes wrong and you need an emergency visit! Never been disappointed."
