"The absolute worst store! The employee were extremely rude! No one was at their cash register or even working the floor. I went to cotton on to check out, i stood in line & the two cashiers walked away when it was my turn. I then asked for a cashier & an employee told me she wouldn’t even though there was about 5 people behind me now. A cashier finally came and thought it would be smart to correct me on why he didn’t come back. Extremely rude checking me out. And no help whatsoever! So sad to see a brand new store filled with such rude lazy empty."

"If I could I would actually give this cotton on kids NO stars.. this store has the WORST customer service ever! I am a very frequent shopper at the Farmington cotton on kids! They are the nicest and friendliest people there. I would have expected the same coming from Murray but I was completely wrong! Aubrey was the sales associate that helped me. I had questions about my perks and she didn’t help or sympathize with me also no hello how are you?, did you find everything okay?! Not a word! Then she went to hand me my items and receipt without a bag and being a regular to cotton on kids I know they always ask if I want to pay 10 cents for a bag! She didn’t even ask. So I brought it up and she rolled her eyes and the girl next to her said “just give her one” she bagged it up and I went on my way.. COTTON ON KIDS FASHION PLACE MURRAY UTAH IS HORRIBLE and the associates need to be retrained or let go! I am not the only one who has felt this way about this location by the other reviews left.. so obviously it’s not just me having a bad day and wanting to take it out on someone! Please fix this! You are losing a lot of business because of the horrible customer service!!"

"Cuz I was walking through the Molly decided to check this place out. The clothing seems to be made of good quality and the price is reasonable. The customer service, however, is severely lacking. When I walked in the store appeared empty, as I was looking at a rack of clothes, I noticed two girls "working." I say "working" because they were sitting behind the counter on the floor talking to each other. One of them saw me at least twice and never acknowledged me. It was incredibly unprofessional not only to not acknowledge the customer walking in, but to be sitting on the floor and blatantly ignoring them. They seem to have good clothes for a good price, but don't expect a good shopping experience."
