"It was so hot in the building even my kids were sweating and complaining along with my husband and I. Several other adults were heard complaining about the temperature. Upon inquiry, the manager refused to assist in any way with this. The employees seemed bothered when taking our order, and assisting when our kids went to pick out their ticket prizes. The only good thing I can say about our experience was the food."
"We were there for hours and having a great time! The food was tasty and the atmosphere clean. The children begged to stay longer and had more fun than on previous visits. Everything was in good working order. The extensive remodeling was well done and made it feel new again. The bottom line is there are few places in town where your children can have a great time and not break the bank! Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"I went with my niece & the children. It was the most fun I've had in a long time! The pizza was amazing even though they had no anchovies that day! The recent renovations has created more space and the staff were always on hand making sure everyone had a great time. All of the game machines were working and ticket output was generous! A wonderful experience for the whole family!"
"We reserved a Birthday Party(Super Fun $21.99per child) package in the app. Received 500etickets with reservation. The party experience was smooth and Raven our host was excellent and knowledgeable about everything that our party package included. Pizza was delicious! Recommend getting 2 pizzas for adults to have seconds. Cake was ok and birthday candles provided also. (Cake topper from Amazon) The only thing different and MUCH more inviting was the renovation that this Sherman location did with the party area. The stage is no longer an eye sore, and the booths blocking off the game floor were pushed to the wall creating a more open platform dance pad. Excellent staff. Big bang for your buck as well! Will more than likely do this again!"
