Domino's Pizza

"This location has consistently been bad, I keep wanting to give it another try but to no avail. I am not sure what sort of circus this owner runs here but 1.5 hours to get a pizza delivered is not good. IF the delivery driver actually did their job correctly, it may have only taken 1 hour, however the driver picked up my order an then proceed to deliver 10 other orders at the nearby air force base. The pizza I got was lukewarm and not worth the price. This store need to hire more drivers desperately. I know "No one wants to work...boohoo" Pay your drivers better and hire an adequate number. I already pay 6 dollars as a flat delivery fee, it's not rocket science. A coma patient could run a better store."

"I am astonished! I came in on 1/26/24, at about 9pm, for a caryout order and the service I received was amazing. I was welcomed with a nice greeting and saw a whole crew working together to get orders completed. People were HUSTLING!!! Danielle the gm, is great, she was super sweet and she really got things done. The crew was working really hard. Overall great service and thank you dominos for training such a great gm and a great crew!"

"ZERO stars! This Domino’s location needs better management or close its doors. 2+ hour wait times is a regular occurrence here. I placed an order on the app and paid through the app. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes for my food to be delivered, no update on the beloved Domino’s Tracker, and no one answering the phone, I decided to drive to the store to check on the status. When I walked in, I was greeted with disgruntled employees and bad attitudes. I could see behind the counter two other employees chatting it up and another employee sweeping the floors, all of which seemed they weren’t busy. When I was finally helped, I asked for a full refund. The manager told me no because my food was hot when she handed it over to me at the counter. It wasn’t and it was very obvious my food sat for a period of time."

"I understand being busy but if I wouldn't have come in and waited for 15 min before anyone even acknowledged me then push my order ahead which I appreciate. my order would've been at least 2 hr wait again. But last time I ordered was Dec 16th and it took over 2 hrs to get me my food. No apologies nothing. I like Domino's but this will probably be my last time ordering from this location."

"Ready or not…waiting since more than 2 hours…since 20 minutes ready on the screen, but nothing is ready from our order. Nobody can communicate when it’s finished. It’s a horrible service. During our waiting time pizza was throwing away because it was too long in the oven… Don’t order here… it’s quite a mass."
