"**UPDATE** So we have ordered a few more times and visited the restaurant and this is one of our favorite places. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality. The pizza is very good and our favorite place to get take out when needed. If it wasn't for the poor service on our first visit, I'd give them 5 stars. **UPDATE** We ordered a pizza to go and when we got home, found out the crust was burnt. It seemed like the center of the pizza was undercooked. I can tell the ingredients were fresh and will give them another chance, but this first impression was not a good one."

"We stopped here for dinner on our travels through Texas. Quiet little place with excellent food and service. We started out with bruschetta, then the Spaghetti Works and Raviolini Delicate for main entrées and finished it off with tiramisu. Everything tasted amazing. It definitely might be a stopping point when traveling through the area again."
"First time coming to Mia’s, and won’t be the last hopefully. Searching different Italian places and Mia’s popped up. Wife I and we’re very pleased with the whole experience. The Bistro was clean and smelled amazing. The service was on par and timely. The food was excellent! Nice traditional flavor. Hope this will become a new “usual” spot for us in the future as we come around. I’d picked Mia’s over Olive Garden or Johnny’s."
