We got the best customer service from a younger guy named Cody! He was AMAZING!!! We not only got a pair of Rock 4 shoes, the style of pants we wanted and 2 more of the same kind of pants online because they weren't available in the store. He helped us with the online purchase which delivers to our house w/free shipping(bonus!) He gave us suggestions and the best discounts offered for the price. He explained to us about the app and how it works. Also I was (literally) beyond impressed with his ability to give back change, which seems to be a challenge for many people now days. We were happy with price, deals and selections available. There was also the sweetest lady who greeted as we came in, she helped with suggestions and sizes for women's shirts.
