"I had the most wonderful experience at the provo office. Noel was so sweet and genuinely cared about me and my eyes. She walked me through new machines I've never done before and was so friendly and kind. Dr. Bradley was incredible at addressing all of my concerns and giving me at home things I can do to help my dry eyes before any sort of procedure. He listened to me and didn't just talk at me like a lot of doctors do. He explained some techniques I can do to help my eyes and even got me paperwork for my other doctor for a follow up. He was funny, kind, and really knew what he was doing. Ryan got me set up with my new frames super quickly. He was very friendly and fast. He got all the billing for my frames figured out in just a few minuets and showed me everything before charging me. He was super sweet and funny. This office is so welcoming and really seemed to care about me and my vision problems. I have never felt more welcomed and cared about in any office before. This office is incredible!!! My only critique is it's a little hard to find. It's located in a huge health care building. Luckily it was on the bottom floor so I didn't have to walk too far."
