"Dr. Cahoon's staff was great to work with and they helped me resolve a problem with the imaging center they referred me to. Still, I'm knocking off one star because I feel Dr. Cahoon's office has scheduled too many do-nothing, chit-chat appointments and not enough let's-find-out-what-is-going-on appointments. It has been 12 days since my issue started and I had to go off important medication that is exacerbating the problem (which has caused a blood clot in my foot now), and the appointment for the test that is supposed to find out what the active problem is isn't scheduled to happen for another 10 days. I find the lack of urgency in the medical industry nowadays disturbing."
