"Scott smith prescribed my grandmother all sorts of medications that were harmful to her health, got her addicted to ambien, Xanax, Percocet, as well as phentermine (she is an elderly woman with high blood pressure) and kept prescribing them to her and sending her out the door just accepting the insurance money. Not even cross examining her already proscribed medications, 2 of which could have been lethal if mixed. He is a horrible doctor, and does not follow the oath that he swore. Please please please, I pray that everyone stay away from this doctor. My grandmother almost lost her life because of him and is now STILL struggling and her quality of life is now diminished because of the negligence of Scott smith. My heart is broken."
