"I have been going for acupuncture over the past year with Nazo. Although I have done many years of deep tissue massage, this has been my first and only experience with acupuncture, as a recovery treatment for my weight-lifting regimen. For me, I have found this to be quite helpful, in terms of deep muscle relaxation, particularly around the neck muscles, which has helped me more than deep tissue massage. She has also helped me with some electrical stimulation for an old injury involving a left gluteal muscle, and I feel that this has enhanced my mind-muscle connection. Overall, Nazo is a wonderful person and very accommodating. I have started doing 90 minute sessions, as I appreciate the extra time. I have been able to receive super-bills from Amanda, thus allowing me to seek insurance reimbursement (still ongoing but progressing). The treatment also involves cupping and other areas of the body (needles on ears and back muscles, for example). Although I am still not certain about how much this helps, the release of tension in my neck muscles is quite dramatic and so much better than anything I obtain from massage. That alone has convinced me of the power of acupuncture, and I have heard some Chinese Olympic weightlifters swear by acupuncture, as it can release muscle tension, so much more than just massage. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience for me, and I highly recommend Nazo and this business!"

"She has a deep knowledge of Chinese medicine and the ancient art of acupuncture and herbal remedies. She has helped me grow leaps and bounds.
