"I don't have a problem with the doctor I saw. It was a normal doctor visit. The reason for the low rating is the extra bill I received on top of the doctor's bill. I wish I was informed prior to the visit and not in the waiting room when I was required to sign several documents that I was going to be billed from both the doctor and Lakeview Hospital for my appointment. Apparently Lakeview hospital bills an additional $200 just for using "their facilities" and by using "their facilities" it means you have an appointment at the center. Lakeview hospital performed no other services. The hospital bill was almost the same price as the doctor's bill. I noticed that the Utah Pain Management Center's official website does not include the Bountiful site as a place to leave feedback. I'm guessing that in order to keep their 5 star rating they don't want patients leaving feedback about this dishonest double billing practice agreement that they have going on between them and Lakeview Hospital."
